Transfer specialist Florian Plettenberg reports the Bundesliga side want to extend the 33-year-old’s contract, which expires in June 2026. The club are eager to secure Coufal’s services for the long term following his impressive start to life in Germany.
Coufal joined Hoffenheim on a one-year contract as a free agent in August 2025 after West Ham announced he would leave at the end of the 2024-25 season following a five-year stay at the London Stadium.
